Where to rest a drink on a yacht at the berth
Separate a quiet table setting from an underway storage decision.
Choose the moment
A moored boat can still move with wakes and people boarding. Steadi does not attach to the table. Use it only where the drink can rest appropriately and move it if conditions change.
Choose the surface
Look for a broad, level, dry table with the entire 5.2-inch footprint supported. Narrow coamings, rails and sloping surfaces are not substitutes for a table.
Keep working areas clear
Avoid lines, controls, boarding routes and companionways. A drink that is easy to reach should not become an obstacle for someone else.
Before departure
Stow the drink and loose items in suitable secured locations. Steadi is not an underway holder or a replacement for marine mounting hardware.
